1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. We cannot process returns for opened or used products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened bottles
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened health supplements (due to hygiene & safety regulations)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll reply with instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. For delivery info, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. For exchange requests, contact our team with your order details.

7. Delayed Refunds
