1. Order Processing

All Glyco Forte NZ orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM NZT will be handled the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery times after dispatch within New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders over NZD $75 within New Zealand.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order in real-time.

4. Shipping Information Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries, and additional redelivery charges may apply.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If your package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received.

7. Private Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your confidentiality. No branding or product names will be visible on the exterior.

8. International Delivery

We currently ship only within New Zealand. For future international delivery updates, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow our announcements.
